Swan Baby Shower

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Sandos of Madarati Sweets  for a surprise baby shower for a mutual friend who was expecting her second child, a baby girl. The theme was a swan with pink, gold and white as the colours. I was so glad to see the gold cake stands and plate set in action in this beautiful shower. Sandos created the balloon arch and desserts (the cake, cheesecake cups, and strawberry tower). Another friend (Bochra) provided the diaper cake.

With the help of a third friend (Marwa), the rest of the area was decorated with balloons and white and pink twisted paper streamers. I added my 9ft twinkle lights on the window in the living room to add more to the area.

“Love” Decor

Inspired by the day of Love, this Valentine’s day table set up is perfect for a bridal shower, baby shower, or birthday party. Actually, why does it have to be for a specific event? It can be for anything. The gold set is a 9 piece set that includes 3 cake stands, 1 cupcake tower, three serving plates (and one of them is heart shaped, how adorable!!), and these two cute cupcake stands that serve as amazing holders for a specially decorated cupcake, or flowers as we did in this setup.

The set is available for rent for your events. Please contact me for details.

White Bridal Bouquet

I had the special honour of putting together this bridal bouquet for my dear sister. It was a beautiful arrangement of hydrengeas, roses, carnations, and baby’s breath. To match her wedding theme, I used turquoise silk ribbon for the handle. I also added a few crystal pins to give it a glamorous look. Possibly my proudest bouquet arrangement.

Bridal Staircase Decor

One of our favourite decors this past summer is a bridal staircase decor for a beautiful bride. We went with traditional white flowers and greenery with romantic white and turquoise tulle. The look was pulled together with more flowers and white ribbons across the ceiling of the house living room. My absolute favourite part of this decor are the tiny pearls added to the tulle. Sure, it’s not visible up close, but it added a certain elegance to the decor.

Winter Engagement

A few years ago, we created decor for a winter engagement, which was one of the earliest decors for parties we have done. We loved the idea of simplicity with a touch of elegance, so that was the look we went after.

The theme was grey/silver, blue and white. We had created a wall of tissue paper poms for the back of the dessert and food table.
